3.2 Digital Verification: This agreement is generated and verified via the SmartPlot UG digital land allocation gateway. Both parties agree that digital acknowledgment carries legal weight under Ugandan commercial laws.

3.3 Transfer of Title: Upon complete receipt of the agreed purchase sum, the Seller shall execute and hand over all original title instruments and transfer forms to the Buyer.
