What we collect

Account details you provide at registration, information you enter into land agreement forms, and documents you upload for verification.

Sensitive documents

National ID, passport and title deed scans are stored outside the publicly accessible part of this website. Direct web access to these files is denied at the server level, and they can only be retrieved by authorised staff through an authenticated request.

How we use it

To verify land parcels, to prepare and process agreements, and to contact you about a transaction you have started. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Agreement records and their supporting documents are retained for as long as necessary to evidence the transaction, and thereafter in line with applicable Ugandan record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
